Atos linked office planning, mobility, technology and sustainability through a participatory move to Vienna’s IZD Tower.
The Atos project in Vienna ran from 2019 to 2023. The report describes around 5,100 square metres across four floors for more than 1,000 employees, with sixteen types of room module.
A core team of around fifty people helped define values and working needs. Staff also tested furniture and IT equipment, and participated in workshops and surveys.
Public transport access, an energy-efficient building, mobility and flexible working formed part of the sustainability approach. The case shows why these decisions belong in the same conversation.
